Drawing on years of experience in crisis and community mental health, she now provides focused outpatient psychiatric care through thoughtful evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and supportive therapy grounded in evidence-based, person-centered care in a private practice setting. Serving Sulphur Springs and surrounding communities through both in-person and televideo visits, Christie is committed to improving access to mental health care in rural communities and helping adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and mood-related concerns find balance, healing, and lasting well-being. Appropriate Level of Care Horizon Behavioral Health is an outpatient private practice providing psychiatric care for adults who are appropriate for office-based treatment. The practice focuses on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and related mood concerns in individuals seeking thoughtful medication management and consistent follow-up care. For safety and quality of care, Horizon Behavioral Health does not provide treatment for: • Dementia or major neurocognitive disorders • Intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) requiring specialized services If a condition falls outside of this scope, appropriate referrals will be recommended to help patients connect with the level of care best suited to their needs.
