I’m Christie Parrish, PMHNP-BC, and I founded Horizon Behavioral Health with one simple goal—to help people feel seen, understood, and supported in their mental health journey. Drawing on years of experience in crisis and community mental health, I provide thoughtful comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and supportive therapy grounded in evidence-based, person-centered care. Serving Sulphur Springs and surrounding communities, I’m committed to closing the gap in rural mental health care and helping clients find balance, healing, and lasting well-being.
